Can I return a bed if I don't like it?

Unfortunately once a bed or mattress has been slept on we cannot accept returns due to hygiene reasons unless they are faulty.

We strongly advise trying the mattress in a store (Aintree, Bootle or Liverpool) prior to ordering online, and also bear in mind there is what’s known as a bedding in period on mattresses, this is usually around 4 weeks, any new mattress will feel different to an old one, but in time it will win you over.

Unopened Items

When buying from a website The Consumer Contracts Regulations give you 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods to cancel and return unopened items.

You are responsible for returning the item within 14 calendar days of delivery to you, using your own courier and at your own expense. A refund of your purchase costs less original postage, will be made up to 14 days after the goods are received in a good condition.

Before returning your order please email us at customerservice@bedfactorydirect.co.uk with the reason for the return, your order number and your address details. Please also let us know the courier you have used so that we can expect your items.

If your courier can, please use your original order number as your reference for the courier.

We will let you know when we have received your items and as long as your items are received in the condition they were despatched we will issue your refund.
